With every Backstage System implemented, training sessions are given to instruct the client, staff, project managers and volunteers on how the system functions. As the system has been designed for simple use, most users do not need more than one training session.
Administration documentation and a reference manual is also provided as part of handover, so that your team can adjust your job scheduling and project management tasks, with additional training sessions being able to be booked in at an ad-hoc hourly rate.
